Thank you for purchasing the Wateraft. When used safely and correctly, The Wateraft is the perfect water toy, providing your friends and family with hours of enjoyment. Your Wateraft is designed for use in open bodies of water that are at least 6 feet deep. Please do not use in areas with boat or watercraft traffic. Choose a location that is free of obstructions such as docks, weeds, rocks, logs or rough water or high waves. Do not tow, pull or push the Water Raft with any type of watercraft. This could result in personal injury.
Safety Information for Proper Use
The Wateraft should never be used in shallow water nor should it be used in swimming pools. The Wateraft is not intended for use as a personal floatation device. All users should wear an approved personal floatation device (PFD) life jacket. Always use a highly-visible buoy to mark your Wateraft.
Children should be under adult supervision at all times. Never use the Wateraft in rough conditions or after dark. Never use the Wateraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Always stay under control while using and playing on the Wateraft. Never dive off the Wateraft head first in shallow water. Never swim under the Wateraft. Never use the Wateraft while tired or fatigued. Use extreme caution while swimming between the shore and the Wateraft. When not in use, secure the Wateraft against unauthorized or unsupervised use. Inspect your product for any wear or defects prior to use.
Pets should not be allowed on the Wateraft.

Failure to abide by any of these rules may cause personal injury or death.
The owner(s) of this product acknowledge and assume all risks of personal injury and all other hazards (i) arising from or related in any way to use of the Wateraft (including, without limitations, risks of personal injury, property loss or damage, or other hazards), (ii) arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including, without limitation, by other users and other inherent risks incidental to using the Wateraft and any negligence), and (iii) whether occurring prior to, during or after usage of the Wateraft.
